Rambus, a premier chip and silicon IP provider, is seeking to hire an exceptional Associate General Counsel to join our Legal team in San Jose, CA.
As an Associate General Counsel, the candidate will be reporting to the SVP, General Counsel and is a Full-Time position. We are seeking a skilled transactions attorney with at least 10 years of relevant experience to manage legal support for all company transactions, including the company's technology licensing and commercial agreements, as well as all inbound, infrastructure and supply chain contracts. This seasoned attorney will report directly to Sr. Vice President, General Counsel, and will manage a team of other legal professionals. This business critical, high visibility role will require a close working relationship with the senior management team. The successful candidate will have superior operational skills to support multiple discrete business models, and manage a broad, complex, and diverse range of legal issues relating to the company's global transactional activity.
