People Operations Manager

We are looking for an People Operations Manager to oversee all functions of our Human Resources department and provide support to our employees.

Responsibilities

  • Part of the People Operations team, first point of contact for a variety of operational activities; managing and ensuring data integrity, timely execution and response to the various internal and client constituents
  • Develop an employee experience strategy by researching best practices/trends and assessing the current HR services levels, development programs and services to evolve our current services levels.
  • Develop a consistent and best in the class method for the intake of employee needs and requests and methods to quickly and efficiently respond to their needs.
  • Assess, monitor and evolve the HR Services provided to employees and candidates including but not limited to the following: Immigration, Mobility, HR Policies and Payroll.
  • Work closely with the HR team on processes improvement areas within HR including but not limited to: HR process mapping, job manuals, decision matrixes, etc.
  • Keep abreast of HR legal Compliance. Responsible for statutory documentation and audits to ensure compliance with country specific and global norms ISO, GDPR, EEO, and SOX
  • Timely submission of global custom and standard reports on periodic basis and continuously improving report formats and analysis of HR data for better decision making
  • Ensuring smooth exit management with strict controls, documentation and clear communication ensuring a smooth experience for the employee
  • Management of data validation
  • Support onboarding activities and conduct new employee orientation (NHO)

Qualifications

  • Bachelors or master’s degree / post-graduation degree in Business Administration or Behavioral Sciences
  • 8 + year’s relevant experience
  • Having broad expertise and/or unique knowledge that uses their skills to contribute to development of objectives and principles to achieve goals in a creative and effective ways
  • Acts independently to determine methods and procedures on new or special assignments
  • Proficiency with Microsoft office
  • Proactive in ensuring HR programs and processes are maintained, improved and audited
  • Familiar with EEO, AAP, ISO, GDPR, and SOX
  • High level of ownership, data orientation and an eye for detail
  • Strong working knowledge of HR best practices
  • Able to prioritize work and has a strong follow-up mechanism
  • Mindset of continuous improvement to reduce errors, improve efficiency and ensure delightful employee experience
  • Service orientation
  • Demonstrates ability to maintain confidentiality at all times
  • Displays highest standards of work ethics, values and work discipline
  • Strong time management and organizational skills with the ability to manage competing priorities and meet deadlines
