As a member of the Total Rewards Team, the Global Compensation Consultant will be responsible for all aspects related to compensation management, such as implementing key compensation programs that promote market competitiveness while aligning with business objectives. Work and partner with HR Business Partners, business/functional leaders, and the rest of the Human Resources team to achieve business and functional objectives. The ideal candidate will be self-motivated and detail-oriented, with demonstrated problem solving and decision-making skills. This is an outstanding opportunity to collaborate extensively globally and partner cross-functionally to help Rambus apply best practices and attract top talent.
