Rambus, a premier chip and silicon IP provider, is seeking to hire an exceptional Lead MTS Verification Engineer to join our CXL SOC Verification team in Bengaluru, India. Candidates will be joining some of the brightest inventors and engineers in the world to develop products that make data faster and safer.

As a Lead MTS Verification Engineer, the candidate will be reporting to the Verification Manager and is a Full Time position. As a Functional verification engineer, you will be working on our next gen CXL based SOC used at Datacenters.

Responsibilities

• Lead the verification effort, including defining the verification architecture, develop test plans and executing tests for Block level / Sub-System / SOC.
• Lead a team of verification engineers, providing technical guidance and mentoring as needed.
• Develop Testbench components at block level / SOC level using UVM methodology.
• Integration of external VIP.
• Work closely with architects and design team to ensure high quality design.
• Debug test cases and report verification result to achieve expected code/functional coverage goals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or master’s degree in Electronics Engineering or a related field
• 8 + years of experience in SOC/Block level Functional Verification .
• Experience in driving verification projects to successful completion.
• Experience in Functional Verification of processors.
• IO subsystem knowledge, any of the protocols like PCIE/CXL, DDR, etc.
• Knowledge of standard protocols Ex: AHB, AXI, APB, I2C/I3C/SMBUS, UART, SPI, JTAG.
• Gate level simulation and emulation.
• Clock domain crossing and reset domain crossing verification.
• Knowledge of functional verification methodology - UVM/OVM/System Verilog
• Knowledge of HDLs (Verilog, VHDL)
• Developed test-plans and test strategies for SOC/block level verification.
• Good object-oriented programming skills in C/C++, scripting languages like Python/Perl.
• Exposure in developing testbench environment, write complex test scenario, debugging.
• Experience in driving verification coverage closure.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
